Bear
Creek Watershed Council
Anyone who works or lives
in the Bear Creek watershed is welcomed as
a member if they attend two or more Council meetings during a twelve
month period.
The Council actively
seeks diverse membership broadly representative
of the watershed. Developing strategic restoration projects
directly and in partnership is given priority. With local
knowledge and community support, members evaluate conditions, discuss
options, tap experience, resolve issues and take action.
As a not-for-profit
Oregon corporation, we bring information on
watershed health to adult and student groups. Events, forums
and
field trips build understanding.
